Soul Seat Awareness Meditation
Find a comfortable, safe place and listen to the Soul Seat Awareness Meditation. This will take about 20 minutes. Remember to consciously set your intention for your meditation before you begin.
Afterwards check into your Soul Seat again as well as your upper chest, collar bone, shoulders and neck area. How do they feel now? Pay particular attention to those areas in which you feel the most difference between now and how they felt before you did your breathing and meditation.
Write in your workbook how you’re now feeling.
