Find a comfortable, safe place to listen to the Soul Seat 1 Awareness Meditation each day. This will take about 20 minutes. You can download this meditation to your device, but we've included it on each of the 30 days' course pages for quick reference as well.
Remember to consciously set your intention for your meditation before you begin.
Afterwards, check if it’s easier to be aware of your Soul Seat. Use your Daily Workbook to keep track of any differences from before and after the meditation.
Pay particular attention to any difference in your collar bone, shoulders or lower neck areas.
Locate and focus on your Soul Seat. How easy is it to feel it? Record in your Daily Workbook.
