Find a comfortable, safe place and listen to the Soul Seat Awareness Meditation. This will take about 20 minutes. Remember to consciously set your intention for your meditation before you begin.
Afterwards, check if it’s easier to be aware of your Soul Seat. Turn to today's pages in your Daily Workbook to keep track of any differences from before and after the meditation. Pay particular attention to any difference in your collar bone, shoulders or lower neck areas.
